  Staffs not trained properly. Such poor service. Made me wait while 2 girls started giggling amongst themselves(Teahana and Zoe) if I'm not wrong. Such poor customer service. We ourselves felt embarrassed.

  Great experience in the extreme screen theatre watching IT. Cant complain too much as it was mid week and we had the cinema almost to ourselves

  Was looking forward to watching Thor & willing to Pay $42 for tickets plus spend extra for Pop corn & drinks so When You are willingly pay good Money You wouldnt expect that the Air Conditioner was broken in theatre 1... So not Only Myself & others went to inform Management but got No response so asked for refund & got a Sorry can’t help You... won’t be going to Eastgardens Cinemas again.....Big

  WOW how rude, had a voucher so I called up the day before to confirm I could use it at Eastgardens. They said it was fine, when we got there surprise surprise they don't accept these vouchers. Staff had no idea what to do. We're going elsewhere from now on.

  Nice cinemas. Reclining seats that are comfortable. Would've been a great experience except 10 mins before our movie finished I was asked to take my baby outside. Mind you this was a "Prams at the Pix" session at 11.50am with only two other older women in the cinema. My mother and I were quick to advise the attendant that it was a "prams at the pix" session and we had every right to be there with my baby. He argued that it wasn't because the lights were off and not dim like they usually are but we told him the lights were dim till halfway through the movies they had been switched off for some reason. Anyways he managed to make me feel bad and uncomfortable because my daughter was a little loud at a "Prams at the Pix" session. She wasn't crying or anything just making loud noises and dancing to whatever music played on the screen. Complained to the manager who apologised and said the guy we described didn't work there. (I felt she was implying like we made it up and it wasn't an employee of hers) Either way he worked there coz he was in uniform and I probably didn't even notice particular details about what he looked like coz I was shocked. I felt embarrassed being asked to leave. I suggest they look at their session details before asking people to leave. And if people complain whilst going to a "Prams at the Pix" session they should prepare themselves to hear children, babies etc. Guess this is why I only go to "Events" cinemas. They probably have more experience with these sort of showings. I see they've received bad reviews about staff and perhaps they need a refresher on customer service.
