  The bill at first was $459 and when I paid, it came out $469. I just wanna confirm whether it was $459 or $469. Even if it was $469, it doesn't matter at all. I believe the manner is to say Sorry. And this lady kept saying I misunderstood and seemed sardonic that I cann't afford that. Are you serious??? I never expect experiencing this when I stand in a shinning and pretty store. It's a shame to meet someone like her.

  The customer service in this store was brilliant. Irina did more than I could ask for when I brought my bracelet in to get cleaned. Highly recommend.

  To be honest, I only wanna give zero to Irina. She is very arrogant. The first staff Chloe is good and gentle, very patient. It should be a wonderful purchase. But after I withdrew some cash and paid my bill, Irina totally smashed this.

  Never send in your bracelet to clean and wast your time. They won't do anything and just lie to your face to pretend it was done. No one are fool. People can directly tell whether you have cleaned it or not. I have to send it to another store to get it done. The before and after are so obvious.

  The service in this store is uncomfortable. they always look unhappy and serious. I prefer the bindi junction store.

  I went there today about 4pm. The staff served me is Thasha or Thsha, can't remember property. She was extremely rude, She talked to me as I owed her money. I mean, seriously?! Is that how you serve your customer? Worst customer service ever. Recommend everybody not to go there.
