  Over the years I've purchased many different bits and pieces from these guys and that whole time, every interaction was excellent. I don't even bother looking anywhere else now because I know i won't find service or jewelry that compares to that which I get from the guys here.

  I called late on a Friday desperate to collect my ring in time to give to my partner & all three women I spoke to were very helpful & informative. Finally when I was stuck in traffic on my way to the store, Chris offered to drive the ring to me where I was stuck after she had finished work. It took her an hour to get to me but she battled traffic & handed me my ring. Service like this is a luxury that we as customers are rarely afforded & she is an absolute asset to the business. I am now in the market for another ring & will be calling Chris straight away! A++

  I ordered a ring from this store and was told it would arrive before Christmas. Instead it sat at head office for three weeks after Christmas despite my many phone calls. Eventually, I harrassed them enough to courier it to the store. I received great customer service when I initially chose the item, but ended up wasting tons of my time after the fact. At the end of the day I was left with a very unhappy fiancee!

  First engagement ring i got fell apart, second ring fell apart, got fixed snd resized and stuck on my finger. They refused to provide assistance. Avoid.

  I had a little issue with some jewellery I purchased from another Michael Hill store and didn’t expect much help considering I didn’t have a receipt on me, and it was purchased elsewhere. I was approached by Catherine, she went above and beyond and helped me in the most professional way. I’d happily go back to Michael Hill Eastgardens just to be served by Catherine who’s customer service is fantastic.
