    They tried this on two members of my family on separate visits.

    The staff are very pushy at selling you products (shampoo & conditioner) at the front of the store. If you have kids they will use lines like "Don't you want yhe best for their hair?" Or "Do they do a lot of swimming a lot? The chlorine and salt water is damaging their hair."

    While they may have got our one off sale they list our trust and any hope of long term customers.

    Despite having a booking, I was made to wait quite a while and was informed it would be much less of a wait than it actually was. As I waited I realised they had overbooked themselves and were likely going to be running even more late. Disappointed and will not be returning.
